I had an issue with the service and reached out to support thinking it would be a quick fix. At first they asked for some details, which was fine, but then the replies started getting slower and it felt like we were just going around in circles.
The weird part is, it never really felt like anyone fully took ownership of the problem. I kept having to follow up, and in the end it still wasn’t properly resolved. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but for me the support and resolution were really disappointing. 1 star.

I tried watching a few times, but the streams kept taking forever to load and buffering nonstop. At some point I just gave up because I’m not going to waste my time or patience on something that barely plays.

The streams are usually fine when they’re working, but the program guide has been frustrating. A lot of shows are either missing, listed wrong, or the times don’t line up, so I’m never totally sure what’s actually on. I also felt kind of passed around when trying to figure it out, like nobody really had a clear answer. It’s not the worst thing ever, but it gets annoying quickly.

The streams were mostly fine, so I won’t complain too much there. My issue was with support. I had a login problem, sent a couple messages, and still had to wait almost 2 days for a reply. I was already charged, so I was kind of worried since there weren’t any updates or real communication during that time. When they finally answered, the response was short and didn’t really solve anything. Not the worst service ever, but definitely frustrating

I tried using the app for a while, but it’s been frustrating. The menus keep freezing, and even simple things don’t feel easy to get through. A friend asked me if I’d recommend it, and at this point I’d probably tell them to wait until it’s a bit smoother.

Most days the login works without any issues. I did get logged out once randomly, which was a little annoying, but other than that it’s been okay.

I just wanted to watch the games without any hassle, but the streams kept cutting out and freezing every match. Something that should’ve been simple turned into a constant headache. Definitely not worth it for me.

I liked that rocketstreams.tv showed the price right away. There were no weird extra fees after signing up and what I paid was exactly what I expected.

Some channels look decent on my TV, clear enough that I don’t think about it too much. But then other channels look kind of soft or blurry, and with sports I notice it the most. When there’s a lot of movement, the picture can drop in quality and it gets a bit...

Overall, I can still watch it and it’s fine for the price, I guess. I just wish the quality stayed more consistent. If you’re picky about a super sharp picture, this might not be the best option

Most times I check, it’s up. No big drama. Server barely goes down. Works for what I need

It works okay on my phone, but that’s about the only smooth experience I’ve had. The app on my Samsung TV keeps freezing, and getting it set up on my Firestick was way more annoying than it should’ve been. I tried the support links, but they didn’t really clear anything up. I wish I’d looked into it more before buying, because if you’re someone who switches between devices a lot, this gets frustrating fast.
